Swift, sweeping changes, unexpected disruptions, new directions..... things are "just different " more than ever before. Hardly time to think of how to react, certainly a time for being proactive. Being prepared for whatever may come is a lot to deal with. But beginning somewhere is an important step. Ongoing Self-care is not an option. The drawdown on our energy is strong and constant. There is a lot of output just to keep going with the daily business of living, working, caring for home and family. You may have noticed the ole once-in-a-while treatment care is just not enough to restore a sense of balance and wellbeing. We need more!
Sooooo surrender, listen deeply to the language and messages of the body/mind/emotions and spirit then respond appropriately. Choose to be in flow versus resistance and struggle. Be flexible, willing to change when and where it is needed. Let go of useless, outdated habits and things. Allow for more quiet time, rest, reflection. Slooow everything down, breathe deeply a few times, take a 30-minute bath vs a 8-minute shower. Eat fresh living food with high vibration. Reduce acidic fast foods and sugary treats, alkaline your body with plenty of living waters and fresh green juices. Go to sleep earlier. Spread more love.
